We believe this package offers exceptional value. It includes beautiful flowers provided by Forest, a handcrafted coffin by Bradnam Joinery, the hearse on the day of the funeral, printed orders of service, plus Liz as your celebrant, a service often charged separately elsewhere. 

We’re flexible and happy to tailor everything to your wishes, offering additional extras or bespoke arrangements to ensure the farewell truly reflects your loved one.

Personal Planning with Liz - Our founder and Managing Director, Liz, personally oversees every arrangement with care and attention. From your first conversation to the day of the funeral and beyond, she offers compassionate guidance and continued support with memorials or any additional needs. 

Celebrant Services in London - Liz can lead the ceremony as your funeral celebrant at no extra cost. This includes a dedicated two hour meeting, often at your home or a location of your choosing in London, to gather memories and create a meaningful eulogy. If you would prefer someone else, we are happy to help arrange an officiant who feels right for you

Gentle Care and Preparation - We’ll bring your loved one into our care in South East London and prepare them with dignity and compassion. You can choose a gown or their own clothes, and we’ll follow your wishes for hair, makeup, and personal items with respect and attention to detail.

Visit to the Chapel of Rest - Spend quiet time with your loved one in a peaceful setting before the funeral. Our chapel of rest, located in South East London, offers a calm space for reflection and connection.

Order of Service - 30 printed Order of Service booklets are included, designed with care and clarity to reflect your loved one’s story.

Funeral Arrangements - We’ll handle all paperwork and logistics for cremation or burial. Our Guided Farewell Package is £2,950, with cremation or burial fees charged separately and starting from around £795 extra. We’ll guide you through the options with care and clarity 

Handmade Coffin and Floral Tribute - A beautifully crafted light oak veneered coffin, handmade by Bradnam Joinery, is included. It comes adorned with a fresh spray of flowers from the renowned Forest of Deptford in South East London.

Final Journey - On the day, Liz will meet you at your chosen address with your loved one, travelling together in an immaculately presented hearse to the crematorium. 

Ceremony and Support - Liz will also conduct the service, supported by our professional funeral attendants. You can choose whether they wear traditional black or coloured ties to reflect the tone of the day. 

Tribute and Ashes - We’ll return all floral tribute cards after the service. Your loved one’s ashes will be collected and safely kept in our care for up to three months, giving you time to decide what feels right. 

Expanded Floral Packages, gifts and favours - Our partner Forest offers bespoke floral arrangements and seasonal displays, along with keepsakes like memory cards, candles, or seed packets to honour your loved one’s story. 

Coffin Upgrades - A selection of alternative styles and finishes, all handmade by Bradnam Joinery, including natural wood, painted options, and eco-friendly materials. 

Additional Transport - We can arrange extra vehicles, including limousines and accessible transport, to suit your needs. A horse drawn hearse with black or white horses and a matching carriage is also available. 

Masonry - We work with a trusted stonemason in Catford in South East London to provide plaques, headstones, inscriptions, and restoration. There's no pressure to decide right away; we're here to help whenever you're ready. 

Wake Planning and Venue Coordination - We can help organise a warm, respectful gathering after the service, including venue, catering, and setup. A complimentary guest book is also available for messages and memories.

Audio Visual - We’ll help you choose meaningful music and create a photo tribute for the ceremony. We also offer live streaming so those unable to attend can still be part of the service. 

All Faiths and Beliefs - We are fully inclusive and welcome and accommodate all religious traditions, spiritual practices, and secular ceremonies, your values and rituals will be honoured with care. 

Burial Support - If you’re planning a burial, we can help with everything from grave booking and interment arrangements to sourcing a church or venue and a trusted officiant to lead the service.

Symbolic Touches - Dove releases, live music, or other meaningful gestures, we’re happy to help arrange anything that brings comfort and connection. 

Home Visit - We can also arrange for your loved one to be brought to your home in London for a private farewell, if that feels right for you

Repatriation - Whether you're bringing a loved one home to London or planning a farewell abroad, we offer a complete repatriation service. From transport and paperwork to liaising with overseas authorities, we handle every step with care, dignity, and professionalism.
